To pursue development initiatives for the Tignish area.

To own, construct, manage, improve and maintain properties and incidental facilities for development purposes.

To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire land and buildings to construct thereon development projects suitable for the long term development future of Tignish; and to enter into arrangements with any authorities, public or otherwise, that are conducive to the corporations objectives and purposes.
